Daman

Abu Dhabi health insurer and part of PureHealth, with plans for individuals and employers across all seven emirates. We bill Daman directly; whether you can use your plan in Dubai depends on your network.

NAS

A claims administrator (TPA) that runs health plans for many UAE insurers. If your card or the myNAS app shows NAS, we bill them directly and request any approvals for you.

Sukoon

Dubai insurer known as Oman Insurance Company until 2022, so older cards may still carry that name. We bill Sukoon directly for members whose network includes our clinic.

NextCare

A claims administrator that manages plans for insurers across the UAE and the region. Your policy may be with another insurer; if your card shows NextCare, we bill them directly.

Neuron

A UAE claims administrator, now working with NAS as Nas Neuron Health Services. Cards may show Neuron or the Nas Neuron name, and we bill your plan directly either way.

MedNet

A UAE claims administrator that handles approvals and claims for insurance companies. If MedNet appears on your card, we bill them directly and you pay only your co-payment, if any.

Almadallah

A UAE claims administrator that has managed Enaya for the Dubai Health Authority since 1 March 2026. We bill Almadallah directly for both private plans and Enaya members.

GIG (AXA)

GIG Gulf, formerly AXA Gulf. Many Dubai residents still carry cards with the AXA name, and we bill both GIG and older AXA-branded plans directly.

MetLife

International insurer offering UAE health cover mostly through employer group plans. Some plans are run by a claims administrator, whose name may also be on your card. We bill MetLife directly.

ADNIC

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company, whose health plans, often provided through employers, are used across the UAE. We bill ADNIC directly at our Al Karama clinic.

Inayah

A UAE claims administrator for private health plans, not to be confused with Enaya, Dubai's government programme. If your card shows Inayah, we bill them directly.

Enaya

Dubai's government health insurance programme for government employees, UAE nationals in Dubai and their families, managed by Almadallah since March 2026. Bring your Enaya card or Emirates ID.

Aafiya

A UAE claims administrator, also called Aafiya TPA, that manages plans, approvals and claims for insurers. Your card shows Aafiya with your insurer's name, and we bill them directly.

GlobeMed

Health benefits manager across the Middle East and North Africa, working in the UAE as GlobeMed Gulf. Cards may show GlobeMed with your insurer's name; we bill them directly.

Dubai Insurance

Dubai-based insurer whose health plans carry names such as DubaiCare. If your card shows Dubai Insurance or DubaiCare, we bill them directly.

SAICO

An insurer offering UAE health cover mostly through employer group plans. Dental cover and limits vary from plan to plan, so we check yours before treatment.

MSH International

International health insurance for expatriates and globally mobile employees, usually through an employer. Cards often show your company's group name; we bill MSH directly.

NGI

National General Insurance, a Dubai insurer offering health plans to individuals and employers. We bill NGI directly and check your dental cover before you book.

We bill Orient Insurance directly, subject to your plan. Send a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we will check your dental cover before your visit.

Al Buhaira

Al Buhaira National Insurance Company, a Sharjah-based insurer whose health plans are used across the UAE, including Dubai. We bill Al Buhaira directly.
