About Almadallah
Almadallah Healthcare Management is a UAE company that manages health insurance claims and approvals for insurers and health programmes. Since 1 March 2026, the Dubai Health Authority has appointed Almadallah to manage Enaya, Dubai's unified government health insurance programme.
What your card may show
Your card may show the Almadallah logo together with your insurance company or programme. If you are covered by Enaya, your card or Emirates ID will show your Enaya membership.
- Your name and member number
- The name of your insurer, and of the administrator if there is one
- Your network or plan name
- The expiry date
How direct billing works
Show your Almadallah card and Emirates ID at reception.
We check your dental cover with Almadallah before treatment.
You pay only your co-payment, if any. We send the claim.
Approvals for dental treatment
Check-ups, cleaning and simple fillings often need no approval. Larger treatments such as root canals, crowns, surgical extractions and orthodontics often need approval from Almadallah first. We send the request for you and tell you what is approved, and what you would pay, before treatment starts.
What Almadallah plans often include
Dental cover is different on every plan. Many plans include check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; some include root canals and crowns; braces and whitening are often not covered or have limits. Send us a photo of your card and we will tell you what your plan includes before you book.
