About Enaya
Enaya is Dubai's unified government health insurance programme. It covers Dubai Government employees, UAE nationals in Dubai and their families. Since 1 March 2026, Enaya has been managed by Almadallah Healthcare Management on behalf of the Dubai Health Authority, and the DHA said members' existing benefits did not change with the move.
What your card may show
Bring your Enaya card or your Emirates ID. Your card may show Enaya together with the administrator's name.

- The name of your insurer, and of the administrator if there is one

- The expiry date

Show your Enaya card and Emirates ID at reception.
We check your dental cover with Enaya before treatment.
You pay only your co-payment, if any. We send the claim.
Approvals for dental treatment
Check-ups, cleaning and simple fillings often need no approval. Larger treatments such as root canals, crowns, surgical extractions and orthodontics often need approval from Enaya first. We send the request for you and tell you what is approved, and what you would pay, before treatment starts.
What Enaya plans often include
Dental cover is different on every plan. Many plans include check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; some include root canals and crowns; braces and whitening are often not covered or have limits. Send us a photo of your card and we will tell you what your plan includes before you book.
