About Inayah
Inayah is a UAE third-party administrator (TPA) that manages health insurance plans, approvals and claims for insurance companies. Its name sounds like Enaya, Dubai's government health programme, but they are different: Inayah administers private plans.
What your card may show
Your card shows the Inayah logo together with your insurance company and network.

- The name of your insurer, and of the administrator if there is one
- Your network or plan name
- The expiry date

Show your Inayah card and Emirates ID at reception.
We check your dental cover with Inayah before treatment.
You pay only your co-payment, if any. We send the claim.
Approvals for dental treatment
Check-ups, cleaning and simple fillings often need no approval. Larger treatments such as root canals, crowns, surgical extractions and orthodontics often need approval from Inayah first. We send the request for you and tell you what is approved, and what you would pay, before treatment starts.
What Inayah plans often include
Dental cover is different on every plan. Many plans include check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; some include root canals and crowns; braces and whitening are often not covered or have limits. Send us a photo of your card and we will tell you what your plan includes before you book.
