About NextCare
NextCare is a third-party administrator (TPA) that manages health insurance plans for insurance companies in the UAE and the wider region. It handles approvals and claims, so your card may carry the NextCare name even though your policy is with another insurer.
What your card may show
Your card shows the NextCare logo, your insurer and the network name that decides which clinics you can use.

- The name of your insurer, and of the administrator if there is one
- Your network or plan name
- The expiry date

We check your dental cover with NextCare before treatment.
You pay only your co-payment, if any. We send the claim.
Approvals for dental treatment
Check-ups, cleaning and simple fillings often need no approval. Larger treatments such as root canals, crowns, surgical extractions and orthodontics often need approval from NextCare first. We send the request for you and tell you what is approved, and what you would pay, before treatment starts.

Dental cover is different on every plan. Many plans include check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; some include root canals and crowns; braces and whitening are often not covered or have limits. Send us a photo of your card and we will tell you what your plan includes before you book.
