What your card may show

Your card shows the SAICO logo, your plan or network and, if there is one, the claims administrator.

• Your name and member number
• The name of your insurer, and of the administrator if there is one
• Your network or plan name
• The expiry date

How direct billing works

   Show your SAICO card and Emirates ID at reception.

   We check your dental cover with SAICO before treatment.

3. 3.

   You pay only your co-payment, if any. We send the claim.

Approvals for dental treatment

Check-ups, cleaning and simple fillings often need no approval. Larger treatments such as root canals, crowns, surgical extractions and orthodontics often need approval from SAICO first. We send the request for you and tell you what is approved, and what you would pay, before treatment starts.

What SAICO plans often include

Dental cover is different on every plan. Many plans include check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; some include root canals and crowns; braces and whitening are often not covered or have limits. Send us a photo of your card and we will tell you what your plan includes before you book.
